The foundation of technique begins with Ballet. Improves body alignment, grace and strength. Ballet classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus. All exam and competitive students are required to attend two to three ballet classes per week.


Kicks, jumps and turns are prevelent to this physical and energetic dance form. Jazz Technique improves coordination, body line and flexability. Based on the ADAPT syllabus and free style work.


Rhythmical patterns of foot movements and audible foot tapping makes for “Happy Feet”. Improves agility, style and musicality. Based on the ADAPT syllubus and free style work.


Expressive, subtle, and dynamic. This emotionally charged class will encourage dancers to explore story telling through whole body movement. Pre-Requisite Ballet and Jazz.


Various exercises done at the barre and centre to strength, correct placement and alignment of the body. Improves cardio and strength.


Explore, invent, and improvise. Dancers will improve their understanding of movement dynamics while developing individual style and artistic expression through free movement and unconventional dance steps.

This is your chance to learn how to act, sing and lipsync to your favorite musicals. Class is designed to help the children explore creativity in song and character role playing.


This high-energy class explores body movements through grooves, isolation's, stylization, rhythm, and musicality. Learn challenging and intricate combinations to your favourite hip hop beats!


Focuses on increasing flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline and concentration. Learn exciting skills like handstands, walkovers, aerials, and more to create smooth, graceful transitions between dance and acrobatic movements.

An Introduction to dance. Learn a combination of simple jazz and ballet movements in a fun and energetic atmosphere. For Ages 3 to 4.


Adult Barre is a total body conditioning workout designed to tone your body, creating longer, leaner muscles. Minimal impact and high energy, this class is great for improving posture and toning.
